Hi Jimmy. Those lights really look great! A perfect accent for the industrial motif of the horse barn. I'll bet the leather studio is going to smell wonderful, once you have all the leather supplies in there. Love the flooring. Having friends in the trades that you know you can count on is such a huge resource too!

Very nice. I'm surprised that there's no sub floor beneath the floorboards. I guess that's the way they always did 'em. It does seem more appropriate for a horse barn.

I feel you on insane prices... building a 30x32 garage and its costing 60k... and that was the cheap quote, my other quote was for 74k... my dad built a 32x32 about 15 years ago and the whole thing cost 24k.

Hopefully your horse tenants do not stink up your leather workshop with their funk. Amazing build!
